College organizes National Seminar every year on various multi-disciplinary and Socio-Legal issues.
- Lecturer on Constitutionalism in Modern Government on 2 February, 2011 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
The students of Lloyd Law College along with respected Director General Prof.( Dr.) S.P. Singh and other faculty members, attended the above lecture.The lecture was organized by Bar Council of India to commemorate Justice Durga Das Basu Birth Centenary.The function was presided over by His Excellency Shri Hamid Ansari, Vice-President of India who focused on importance of justice Basu's contribution in the interpretation of Indian Constitution.A tribute to Dr D.D.Basu was released by Hon'ble Dr. M.Veerappa Molly, Union Minister for Law and Justice. The guest for the evening Hon'ble Justice Albie Sachs, former Judge-South Africa, spoke on the topic giving valuable insights in the area of constitutionalism.The Chief Justice of India, Hon'ble Justice Mr S.H.Kapadia advised the students to understand the constitution of India as it forms the foundation of Indian Law.
