		The College takes Pro-Active position on all matters relating to professional and appropriate code of conduct on the part of the entire college community - students, faculty and nonteaching staff.
		While there is a general expectation that all members of the Lloyd family will observe appropriate conduct in all their relations with one another, the college recognizes the indispensability of statutory provisions in this regard. In furtherance of its commitment to an environment of honesty, fairness and mutual respect, the college takes serious cognizance of acts of academic/professional misconduct that include cheating on academic exercises, plagiarism, misrepresentation and interference of any kind in the access of fellow students to college services, among others. Given the seriousness of issues like SEXUAL HARASSMENT & RAGGING (especially in the light of judgment delivered by the Honorable Supreme Court of India in Visakha V. Sate of Rajasthan and PIL by the Viswa Jagrruti Mission) the college considers these to be acts of grave misconduct. Moreover, College Pursues, Adopts, Applies and Enforces strictly in Verbatim the Honorable the Supreme Court of India Order 16 May 2007 (based on Raghavan Committee Recommendations) in the case of UNIVERSITY OF KERALA V. COUNCIL, PRINCIPALS, COLLEGES, KERALA & ORS. The code of conduct and academic responsibility consisting of substantive and procedural provisions to sanction disciplinary action against derogatory acts on the part of any member of the college community is a part of the college policy.
